This overview of the orchid family offers information for beginners or groups uninitiated with orchids. It explores the diversity of color, form, pollination and survival strategy, habitat divergence, and evolutionary theory.

"Basics of Orchid Care and Repotting"

Learn how to properly care for your orchids from one of our expert orchid growers.

"World Orchid Conference in Ecuador!"

Come learn about the World Orchid Conference scheduled for November 2017 in Guayaquil, Ecuador.  Receive detailed information about the Conference and pre- and post-conference field trip options along with images showing the scope of the events
and exhibits, and orchids "in situ."

A journalistic travelogue type view of my orchid journeys in Costa Rica highlights habitats of several orchid species, giving great insight into how to grow them.

"Native Orchids of Northeastern United States and Canada"

The presentation will focus on both the beautiful - common and rare species of our area - with an emphasis on conservation and cultivation.
