2024 Cape and Islands Orchid Society show

The 2024 CAIOS show was held on January 20 and 21 with the show theme "Orchid Impressions". The exhibit was created by Sue Andersen and Susan Usseglio using 32 orchids grown by 7 of our members.

A very special congratulations goes to Chuck and Sue Andersen for their Ornithidium miniatum 'Jennifer' CCM/AOS which was recognized with the President's Trophy for Best Bloom in the show and for their Maxillaria miniata 'Jennifer' for which they received a 93 point Certificate of Cultural Excellence from the American Orchid Society.
