Thursday – March 27, 2025

8:00 a.m. - Meet at Boulder Park storage facility to load vehicles

8:30 a.m. - NHOS volunteer set up - help unload cars, tablecloths etc.

9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Set up for exhibitors and vendors

Plants for NHOS display need to arrive by 11:00 a.m. 

Friday – March 28, 2025

7:30 a.m. - Breakfast begins for judges and judging teams

8:30 a.m. - Clerk orientation, judging team formation

9:00 a.m. - Noon Ribbon judging followed by lunch for judging teams and vendors

9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Vendor set-up in sales areas

1:00 p.m. - American Orchid Society judging begins

1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Exhibits and sales areas open to the public 

Saturday – March 29, 2025

8:00 a.m. - Exhibit area open for plant grooming

8:00 a.m. - Open for photographers only with ticket purchase (no tripods after 9 a.m.)

9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Exhibit and sales areas open to the public

6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Dinner buffet and award ceremony, all welcome with advance sale ticket 

Sunday – March 30, 2025

8:00 a.m. - Exhibit area open for plant grooming

8:00 a.m. - Open for photographers only with ticket purchase (no tripods after 9 a.m.)

9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Exhibits and sales areas open to public

4:00 p.m. Breakdown and cleanup, load vehicles return items to storage 

Admission is free if you work for at least two hours and are a member of NHOS or a volunteer from any sister orchid society - your help is greatly appreciated
