Refund PolicyLast updated: March 20, 2024 Thank you for any purchase made with the New Hampshire Orchid Society (“NHOS”, “we”, “us”, “our”). If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review this Refund Policy. Your Order Cancellation and Refund RightsYou are entitled to cancel a purchase within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling a purchase is 7 days from the date on which you received the membership or took possession of the product delivered. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the request. Whenever possible to do so, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the purchase, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Refunds will not be granted for purchase of an event ticket if the refund was requested after the event has commenced. The New Hampshire Orchid Society is not able to facilitate returns of plants or products procured from vendors at the annual orchid show, meetings or other events. Returns or refunds for items purchased from a member or vendor at an NHOS event must be handled directly with that member or vendor. Vendor related refunds for the Annual Orchid Show are outlined in the appropriate year's contract and are subject to approval. Please reference your contract or contact show@nhorchids.org with questions. Bank FeesThe New Hampshire Orchid Society retains the right to request credit card or bank-related fees due to incomplete transactions on the buyer's side. For example, should a bank check not clearing incur the New Hampshire Orchid Society a $20 fee, this fee will be added to the original invoiced amount.
