The New Hampshire Orchid Society (“NHOS”, "society", “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its members, website visitors, vendors and donors (“users”, “you”, “your”). • When joining NHOS we ask you to provide contact information which is included in our "Member Directory". This directory is located in a section of our website that is only available to members of NHOS. We provide this information so that our members have the information needed to communicate with each other to build friendship and community.

Should photos be willingly submitted, posted online or taken during NHOS events or activities that NHOS members participate in, the society retains the right to use those photos at a later date. Permission will be requested when possible.
