Plants registration will not be accepted after the deadline nor on the day of set-up. Register all plants or artwork that you anticipate may be entered prior to the deadline. Tell us on setup day if you entered anything that will not be exhibited, and we will delete it then.

Please complete your registration using the Excel file provided above. It is best to save the file on your computer and use MS Excel to complete your registration form. Do not use Google Sheets to complete the form. If you don't have Excel, you can send us a list of your plants along with your name, email, phone, and society in a Word document.
